This policy covers the letkite.com website: what it collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It was last updated on 29 September 2026.
Who we are
The website is operated by LetKite, based in Singapore. You can reach us at contact@letkite.com.
What we collect
Early-access list. When you join the list we store your email address, the interests you ticked (business or home), the language of the page you used and the time you signed up.
Contact form. When you send a message we store your name, email address, company if you give one, the topic, your message, the page language and the time.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records each request: IP address, time, page requested, browser user agent and referring page. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted after 14 days.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking services, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, lk_lang, which remembers whether you last read the site in English or Chinese so the home page opens in that language. It contains nothing else and expires after a year. The site uses no other cookies.
Why we use it
- To tell you when early access opens, and about LetKite if you signed up for that.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To operate and protect the website.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that host the site for us, or where the law requires it.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Form submissions are stored on the server that runs this website. We keep early-access sign-ups until early access opens and you have had the chance to join, and messages for as long as the conversation needs, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing contact@letkite.com from the address concerned. Every email we send about early access will also let you opt out.
Other sites
Links to GitHub, AI vendors and other sites lead to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect people on the early-access list, we will also let them know by email.
